About
Monia is multidisplenry brand that combines Education, The arts, Wellness to improve and create a fun and productive collegiate and post college experience. In addition our brand focuses on both education and artistic aspects of Caribbean and United States culture and identity
Education
Our goal is to collaborate with individuals and institutions to enhance the college experience. More importantly, we aim to bridge the gap between undergraduate and postgraduate studies, ensuring that students have a supportive community and feel well-prepared for life beyond their undergraduate education.
The Arts
For the arts, our goal is to foster a community of artists who collaborate to create innovative and engaging projects. We work with artists aged 18 and up by offering programming and organizing trips that facilitate creative growth. Specifically, The Lab supports academics who use art to advance their research and studies. In The Lab, artists can showcase their work to gain recognition. Currently, The Lab is a free platform open to all artists with academic connections.
Membership
Our membership program offers new opportunities for young adults aged 21-30. Although we plan to broaden our age range in the future, our current focus is on supporting recent and upcoming graduates as they transition into post-college life. We utilize art, education, and wellness practices to assist students during this critical phase, providing them with a supportive community throughout their transition. Membership benefits include access to our “Adulting” course, which is offered twice a year, as well as participation in events such as trips, group retreats, educational workshops, and much more. All of this is available for a one-time fee.
The Future
In the future, we plan to expand all of our programs to offer more comprehensive opportunities. We also aim to host additional retreats, festivals, and conferences. Our goal is to create a business that emphasizes holistic growth and fosters a strong sense of community.
